What is The Bench 504's refunds and returns policy?

You can exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 7 days of the original purchase, or we can give you a total refund on your purchase (IMPORTANT THE REFUND WILL BE FOR THE GOODS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED).
FOR YOU WE CAN DEDUCT THE MONEYS INCURED FOR THE RETRIEVAL SHIPPING COSTS OF YOUR GOODS, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ORAGANISE TO HAVE THEM RETURNED TO US 'THE BENCH 504' BY THE ORIGINAL MANNER THAT THEY WERE SENT COURIER).
Just return the item to us as new (Important the item must be unused and in its original condition) in its original packaging, labels and the receipt. All the Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you.
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labeling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. The Bench 504 will only pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.

Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?

Yes. You can make orders by post, all you have to do is send us a printed copy of your order form the shopping cart on our site, along with your preferred method of payment. Full name address and telephone number (Important if sending money by post, we strongly advise you to only do so by Royal Mails 'special delivery service'. The Bench 504 will not except responsibility of any lost payments in transit).

How quickly will my order arrive?

UK orders placed before 12pm for will be sent out the same day. The next day delivery service costs you no extra but is not available on all post codes, on some special occasions can take up to two weeks, but that's the exception to the rule. We highly recommend that if your order has not arrived with in 5 days of placing your order that you email rob@thebench504.com.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service on paint. UK orders processed on a Friday will be sent out on the following Tuesday in most cases.(we do not ship on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday.)

How much do you charge for shipping?

Delivery charge is dependent on the weight of the box of products ordered.
0 - 100g =£1.45
101g - 500g =£2.30
501g - 1kg=£3.40
1.01kg - 1.5kg=£5.00
1.51kg - 5kg = £5.80
5.01kg - 25kg= £7.00 then 30k plus is £13.00
All items are sent out via Royal Mail, Fastway Couriers or Interlink.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. All order containing Aerosols must be shipped by Courier and will therefore incur a minimum postage charge of £5.80.

My order has not arrived what should I do?

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit or delayed by the courier service. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to you and signed for at the specified delivery address, The Bench 504 cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.
